A Message from Joseph Kuriappuram

It is with great humility and deep pride that I extend this message as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Federation of Kerala Associations in North America International, Inc.—fondly known as Federation International. As one of the pioneers who has walked alongside this organization from its formative years, I have had the privilege of witnessing its transformation from a humble gathering of like-minded Malayalees into the world's largest and most enduring umbrella organization representing the global Kerala diaspora.

Over the decades, Federation International has remained unwavering in its mission: to unite, uplift, and empower the Malayalee community across continents. Founded in 1983, our federation has served as a cultural lifeline and a bridge of belonging for thousands of families who have made their homes far from Kerala but carry its heartbeat in their veins. Through vibrant festivals, educational initiatives, youth programs, and community outreach, we have nurtured generations with pride in their roots and confidence in their futures.

Serving in various capacities through the years, and now as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, I have been blessed to work with some of the most visionary minds and selfless hearts. Our Board is a collective of leaders from diverse walks of life—each one bringing unique expertise, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to service. Together, we are not only caretakers of a glorious legacy, but architects of the future—expanding our reach, modernizing our platforms, and continuing to champion causes close to our community's heart.

Federation International is more than an organization—it is a movement. A living, breathing expression of our shared heritage, aspirations, and global solidarity.
