Message from Swapna Felix, Women’s Forum Chair
It is my great honor to serve as the Women’s Forum Chair of the Federation of Kerala Associations in North America International, Inc. Our Women’s Forum is a transformative global platform dedicated to uniting, supporting, and empowering women while fostering leadership, equality, and meaningful participation in every sphere of life. We aim to build strong coordination among women’s teams throughout India, the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and other parts of the world. By bringing together women from diverse cultures, professions, and experiences, we can share knowledge, develop innovative ideas, create leadership opportunities, preserve our cultural heritage, and build a powerful international network that amplifies women’s voices and celebrates their achievements.
Our mission will be advanced through five major initiatives: the Women’s Health and Wellness Initiative, providing health screenings and maternal and mental-health awareness; the Education and Scholarship Program, supporting girls and women from financially disadvantaged families; the Career, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship Network, offering mentorship, professional training, business guidance, and global networking; the Women’s Safety and Legal-Support Program, providing education, confidential referrals, and assistance to women facing abuse, discrimination, or exploitation; and the Global Cultural and Community-Service Project, connecting women through cultural programs, youth mentoring, senior support, humanitarian assistance, and disaster-relief activities. Through workshops, mentorship, collaboration, and community service, we will inspire women to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and become catalysts for positive change. This Women’s Forum is more than an organization—it is an international movement committed to nurturing women’s potential and creating a more compassionate, equitable, and sustainable future for generations to come.
